These Terms govern your use of Lead Machine ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Service

You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Send spam or unlawful SMS messages
  • Harass or mislead customers
  • Attempt to bypass rate limiting
  • Extract, scrape, or misuse data
  • Use AI outputs in ways that violate laws

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Billing is handled securely by Stripe
  • Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled
  • Refunds are handled according to your business policy
  • Failed payments may result in account suspension

Prices may change with advance notice.

4. Messaging Compliance

You acknowledge that:

  • SMS is sent via Twilio
  • You are responsible for complying with TCPA, carrier rules, and local regulations
  • You must obtain proper consent before messaging leads

5. AI Disclaimers

AI-generated messages:

  • May be inaccurate
  • Should not be used for legal, medical, or financial advice
  • Are the responsibility of the business sending them

You assume all responsibility for messages sent to leads.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided "as is"
  • We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or SMS costs
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims related to:

  • AI-generated outputs
  • SMS/email content
  • Use or misuse of the platform
  • Violations of laws or carrier rules

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate laws
  • Abuse the system
  • Fail to pay
  • Harm other users or our infrastructure

You may cancel anytime through the dashboard.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
