Our Commitment
Flowstate is committed to making our platform accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe the tools that help businesses grow should be usable by all.
What We've Implemented
- Semantic HTML structure across the application
- Visible focus indicators (focus-visible) on buttons, links, and navigation
- ARIA labels on icon-only buttons and interactive controls
- ARIA expanded states on accordion and toggle elements
- Reduced motion support — all animations respect the
prefers-reduced-motionsystem setting - Decorative elements marked with
aria-hiddenso screen readers skip them - Keyboard-accessible navigation, modals, and forms
Standards
We're working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We audit our interface regularly and fix issues as we find them.
Known Limitations
We're transparent about areas that still need improvement:
- The website builder's drag-and-drop section reordering is not fully keyboard accessible
- Some dashboard data visualizations may not convey full meaning to screen readers
- Color contrast in certain low-priority UI elements is still being audited
We're actively working on these. If any of these affect you, please reach out and we'll help find a workaround.
Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier or have suggestions for improvement, please let us know at support@useflowstate.app. We take every report seriously and will respond within 48 hours.
